Annika Rothbaum

Annika is an experienced HR Generalist with marketing savvy. With more than 10 years in Human Resources in a variety of roles, coupled with early-career roles in marketing and sales, Annika bring a breadth of knowledge to her clients. Annika’s ability to connect personally with everyone she works with, leads to great outcomes for her clients.

Annika has successfully served dozens of Chatfield Group clients over her 7+ years as a consultant. Annika first honed her marketing and sales skills at the CBS Television Network, and later at American Girl Place Chicago where she managed the group sales program, training teams during the expansion into the New York and Los Angeles markets. Annika volunteers as a member of the board at the Glasser Preschool in Oak Park and she is an active volunteer at the Oak Park Temple. Annika received a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
