Work through Lencioni’s Five Dysfunctions to create a more effective team. Each participant will take the DiSC assessment to determine their work styles and to build their capacity to better work with teammates. Exploring the intact team’s assessment results will facilitate a deeper understanding of each other and will enable a strong sense of the team. Close with building an action plan to support the continuation of team development and shared goals, posttraining.
