Cassidy has over 10 years of experience transforming human resources and enterprise operations through strategic initiatives, thoughtful change management, and project leadership. Before joining Chatfield Global, Cassidy led HR Operations, Employee Experience, and key projects at a national construction and energy services company, where she optimized operations, designed scalable programs, and enhanced the employee experience. Her background includes leading HR and operational technology implementations, overseeing HR and labor relations for 1,300+ union-represented employees, and driving enterprise transformation for a scaling multi-state property management company.
As a trusted partner, Cassidy brings a collaborative approach that empowers leaders, organizations, and teams to navigate change with confidence and achieve organizational goals. She blends her strengths in understanding business needs, with her people experience, and project management expertise, to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges, and drive meaningful transformation.
Cassidy holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Administrative Management, with a specialization in Project Management, from Central Washington University. Outside of work, you can find Cassidy serving as a local elected official on the City Council, where she brings her servant leadership and passion for people’s experiences in their environment to her community. Cassidy also enjoys volunteering with her local HR chapter, where she serves on several committees, and with her local Rotary club. Additionally, she spends time in the yard growing as many tomatoes and squash as she can fit in her garden.
