Lynn Duffy

As an HR Consultant with Chatfield Global LLC and more than 10 years’ experience in talent management, Lynn is an innovative HR Leader with specialty in talent acquisition and executive search. Lynn providing staffing solutions to a variety of clients – from architecture and engineering to manufacturing and professional services – and has successfully recruited across all business functions, from technology, operations and sales to finance, HR and marketing. With her strategic approach to the staffing process, Lynn quickly grasps client needs and requirements, enabling her to produce timely, quality hires in a cost-effective manner.

Earlier in her career, Lynn managed HR and Administration for Dorenfest & Associates, a large health care information technology consulting firm. Lynn attended the University of California Santa Barbara and Roosevelt University and received her Bachelor of Art degree from Roosevelt University.
