Nicole Drake

Nicole is an accomplished, results-oriented, human resources business partner and leader with total rewards expertise. She brings over 25 years of experience in human resources, compensation, benefits, finance, and sales operations. In her most recent projects, Nicole has been involved in analyzing and redesigning award programs, compensation structures and plans for companies experiencing significant growth and/or change.

Prior to joining Chatfield Global, Nicole practiced independent consulting and held HR and Finance leadership roles at Crate and Barrel, Aon, W.W. Grainger, Inc., and Baxter. Nicole has a Master of Science degree in Human Resources from Loyola University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Illinois University. Nicole also serves as the Executive Director and Treasurer for Red Rose Children’s Choir, a non-profit local choir.
