Patsy Svare

As founder and senior advisor of the Chatfield Group, Patsy brings deep expertise in Human Resources and Organizational Development to clients across multiple industries and of all sizes. Patsy consults with a wide range of organizations on topics from competency-based selection, management training and leadership development, to individual and organizational assessments, group facilitation, and culture change initiatives. She also provides executive and team coaching, manages large-scale training and development initiatives, and administers multi-source feedback processes.

Prior to founding the Chatfield Group, Patsy served in senior HR leadership roles with Aon Corporation, DSC Logistics, Chicago Title & Trust, Quill Corporation, and American Hospital Supply Corporation; she was also an executive recruiter with Russell Reynolds Associates, a global executive search firm.

At Michigan State University, Patsy completed both a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology and a Master of Social Work emphasizing clinical consultation. She is certified by the Society for Human Resource Management as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and by numerous providers of training and development products.
