Rich Cruz

Rich Cruz is a Change Management Consultant who partners with leaders and organizations to turn complex change into practical, people-centered action. With expertise spanning organizational development, change management, knowledge-to-performance strategies, and marketing communications, Rich helps organizations strengthen employee engagement, improve organizational effectiveness, and build sustainable change capabilities.

Drawing on experience as a management consultant, adjunct professor, vice president, and organizational development and marketing leader, Rich brings a multidisciplinary perspective to every engagement. He is known for blending industrial-organizational psychology, facilitation, training, communications, and visual storytelling to help organizations navigate transformation in ways that are clear, actionable, and lasting.

Outside of consulting, Rich is an accomplished visual artist and musician who enjoys writing, podcasting, cooking, fitness, and time with family. He holds degrees from Purdue University, Capella University, and University of Chicago.
