Rosa Perez

Rosa Perez is a senior HR consultant with more than 25 years of expertise in compensation and benefits. Rosa has provided consulting services in a wide variety of industries from start-up companies to the Fortune 500 including private companies, health care, manufacturing, high-technology, retail, financial services, non-profits, professional services and large conglomerates.

Rosa has held the top compensation and/or benefits position in three of the largest 50 employers in the Chicago area. Most recently she was Associate Vice President Benefits and Compensation at DePaul University. Rosa has also worked as Consultant in Human Resources/Compensation and Benefits servicing various major national employers for more than 7 years. Rosa has completed all required courses for Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology and her M.A. at Northwestern University. She also holds a B.A. in Urban Education from University of Illinois at Chicago.
