Tara Stanley is a Sr Consultant, Organizational Effectiveness, with over 20 years of experience operating in multi-location, complex environments where safety and execution are critical. She brings experience across North America, LATAM, the EU, and CEEMA, and is fluent in Spanish, enabling her to effectively engage diverse, global workforces.

She partners with leaders as a trusted adviser, coach, and facilitator, using a systems-thinking approach to design experiential learning that strengthens leadership, team effectiveness, and culture. Tara is known for her ability to bridge the gap between strategy and execution, delivering solutions that are practical, actionable, and drive meaningful business impact.

Her focus on AI and digital transformation helps organizations integrate people, process, and technology to operate more effectively. Passionate about developing others, Tara loves to coach, manage, and grow people, and is well positioned to support and elevate diverse, frontline teams.

Tara holds an MBA in International Management from Fordham University and a BA in Spanish from Villanova University. When she’s not working, Tara is a devoted mom to her son, Noah. In her spare time, she lives in the Ocean State (RI) and loves to go to the beach or pool in the summer, ski in the winter, and spend quality time with family and friends.
