Katie Spilotro

Katie Spilotro, Chatfield Global's Director of Organizational Effectiveness, is an accomplished HR Leader and Project Manager with over 25 years of experience working across industries and corporate functions. She is a skilled communicator, facilitator and coach, and a dynamic leader known for inspiring people and developing teams.

With Chatfield Global, Katie acts as a strategic partner, helping clients in the areas of leadership development, organizational design, process optimization, knowledge transfer, succession planning, and change management. Prior to joining Chatfield, Katie led an HRIS team charged with enabling and optimizing HR processes via Workday; orchestrated cultural and operational change initiatives and developed award-winning certification programs for a global data and technology company; and consulted with organizations on new product development, branding and marketing strategy.

Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs and Spanish Literature from the University of Colorado and an M.B.A. from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.

When Katie is not working, she spends time with family and friends, performs improv and sketch comedy, and enjoys being active and outdoors, participating in activities such as golfing, pickleball, skiing, and fly fishing.
