Rusty Landsberger

Rusty Landsberger is the Director of Change and Transformation at Chatfield Global. With over 20 years of experience as an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead and Consultant, he brings a wealth of expertise in guiding business transformation initiatives. Rusty has led strategic change programs across a wide range of industries, including complex SAP/ERP implementations. He is passionate about building change leadership capabilities at all levels of an organization, ensuring readiness for adoption from day one. His approach to the "leader ownership journey" equips process owners with the tools and confidence to embrace and own new solutions, both before and after go-live.

Rusty holds a B.A. in Economics from Indiana University and is certified as a Kotter Core Change Leader. His ability to craft and execute comprehensive OCM work plans while effectively managing teams and resources makes him an invaluable asset to clients navigating transformation. When he's not championing change, Rusty enjoys motorcycling, gardening, carpentry, and exploring his creative side through stand-up comedy, karaoke, and playing the guitar.
