Dr. Alicia M. Straughter, Ph.D.

Dr. Alicia M. Straughter is a dynamic Senior Consultant at Chatfield Global, specializing in Employee Relations, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Leadership, and Strategic Human Resources. Alicia brings over 25 years of experience from roles such as Senior HR Consultant, VP of HR, Director, and CHRO. Her expertise in strategic decision-making, team building, and effective project management makes her a valued asset in driving organizational success. With a focus on nonprofit management and leadership, Dr. Straughter is passionate about building value-driven teams and fostering positive, people-centered environments.

Dr. Straughter holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Loyola University and a Doctor of Philosophy from Capella University. Outside of her professional pursuits, she enjoys golfing, planting flowers, decorating, and shopping.
