Meet Brandy Thorne, Chatfield Global LLC’s Organizational Development Consultant. Brandy has a deep consulting toolbox, specializing in learning and development, research and assessment, team building, performance management, change management, coaching, and leadership development.

With over 12 years of experience in public education, Brandy has a proven track record of success in various roles. Notably, she spearheaded the launch and leadership of a college's inaugural virtual campus, collaborated with industry experts to design programs tailored to regional workforce demands, and served as Dean of the School of Business, overseeing faculty teams and driving initiatives such as workforce data analysis and training program development. She also introduced a Human Resources associate degree program and managed a range of programs, including Business Management and Leadership Development. Furthermore, Brandy conducted program assessments and served as Director of Learning Innovation, where she researched education trends and facilitated change management efforts. Transitioning into private industry, she also has experience as a Learning and Development Consultant focused on equipping Sales, Service, and People Leaders with role-specific skills.

Brandy has a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Austin Peay State University, a Master of Science in Career and Technical Education from the University of WI Stout, and an EdD Doctoral degree from Edgewood College in Educational Leadership.
