Kate Spilotro

Kate Spilotro is an accomplished Sr. HR Leader and Project Manager with over 20 years of experience in consulting and working across various industries and corporate functions. Kate's career has primarily focused on project management, where she has managed projects of various sizes, ranging from smaller team-based updates to global and cross-functional transformations. Her expertise spans across multiple areas, including strategy planning and deployment, learning and development, process improvement/optimization, HR systems and technology, and culture/change management.

Before joining Chatfield Global LLC, Kate led cultural and operational change initiatives and developed award-winning certification programs for a global data and technology company. She also led an HRIS team of six human resources and technology partners to enable and optimize HR processes via Workday. Kate enjoys working with key stakeholders across global organizations and human resources centers of excellence to understand their needs, develop impactful programs and strategies, and drive change. She is a skilled communicator and facilitator, able to convey complex information in a clear, distinct, and comprehensible manner. She is also a dynamic leader known for inspiring people and developing teams.

Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs and Spanish Literature from the University of Colorado and an M.B.A. from Kellogg School of Management. When Kate is not working, she spends time with family, performs improv comedy, works with her P.E.O. chapter to raise money for women's education, and enjoys being active and outdoors, participating in activities such as golfing, skiing, fly fishing, and playing pickleball.
