Stephanie Rosenberg
Stephanie Rosenberg is Chatfield’s Director of Talent Management. She brings a wealth of experience in developing and nurturing talent. Her extensive background includes talent planning, career coaching, leadership development, and training, making her a key player in shaping Chatfield’s strategic approach to talent.
Before joining Chatfield Global, Stephanie led talent development and business transformation programs at a large retailer for 15+ years. In her roles, she managed a variety of talent initiatives including early career programs, summer internships, rotational experiences, and leadership development sessions. She also designed onboarding programs for teams ranging from 100 to 500+ members. Her ability to attract, grow, and develop talent, paired with her experience managing launches of new products/brands/store formats has equipped her with a versatile skillset to drive team member and business success.
Stephanie excels at coaching and developing talent, fostering growth, and spearheading business transformations. Her expertise in change management and project leadership makes her a crucial contributor to Chatfield’s success. In her role, she focuses on her client’s entire employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, training, development, and succession planning, ensuring the company’s workforce is equipped to thrive in a rapidly evolving business landscape.
Stephanie holds an undergraduate degree in Marketing and Management from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. When she’s not working, she’s a devoted mom to her two young sons. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys cooking, exploring new restaurants, traveling, and staying active on her Peloton bike.
